Op Pedalfast results this week

Good afternoon Braunstone and Rowley Fields residents,

🚴‍♂️ Pedalfast Community Safety Update 🚴‍♀️

Yesterday, our team was out in the community as part of Operation Pedalfast, working to keep our streets safe and tackle the illegal use of e-scooters and e-bikes. This took place on the Great Central Way.

🔹 8 e-scooters and 7 e-bikes were seized due to illegal or unsafe use
🔹 1 community resolution was issued for possession of cannabis
🔹 1 individual was arrested after failing to stop and driving at officers — resulting in an assault on an emergency worker

We know how important road safety and responsible riding are to our community. These actions are about protecting everyone — pedestrians, cyclists, and road users alike.
